I usually never give endorsements but I had to make an exception for Thomas Butler and Charm City Cleaning. My experience with Thomas and Charm City has been EXCELLENT.

They arrive when scheduled, perform the cleaning required, properly the "FIRST TIME" and their billing is fair and reasonable. I have used Charm City to clean our rental units for regular turnovers between tenants and for post renovation cleaning and have never had a need to call them back for something that was missed. They are MDE Certified and are very conscientious about following regulations.
